Boxing Ring


At Austin Boxing Babes we teach olympic-style boxing, and martial arts techniques that you can apply in the ring, in a self defense situation, or just to have fun and stay in shape. We also offer strength training and Yoga to supplement and balance your training regimen. All classes are included in your membership so that you can train when you want, as much as you want.

Whether you’re a beginner looking to get back in shape or a woman who wants to take her fitness to the next level, Austin Boxing Babes has a program that’s just right for you.

New to boxing or want to see what our classes are like? Schedule an intro class by clicking on a class on the schedule below. This intro session includes the use of gloves, hand wraps, and 1 on 1 instructor time. You can expect to go over the proper form and technique to get you on your way to hitting hard! For your first class, please be sure to arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to fill out a waiver. We ask that you wear workout pants that go below the knee and bring water and a towel. You are able to attend an intro session during any of our scheduled group boxing classes.
