Boxing

Our group boxing classes are high energy and fun! We welcome any fitness level in our group classes and encourage a supportive atmosphere for a great place to learn proper boxing technique. Through our ranking system you will level up as you progress through the boxing and physical fitness benchmarks. Our group classes are capped at 16 and drop ins are welcome!

Many workout routines can improve cardiovascular performance and muscle tone, increase strength and flexibility, lower stress and help you lose weight. But boxing with Austin Boxing Babes gives you a whole host of added benefits you won¹t find with most exercise programs. Boxing helps release stress and aggression in a way nothing else can. The surge of confidence that comes after every new punch combination mastered and every new jump rope goal achieved is accompanied by an emotional high that last for days, weeks, maybe even for the rest of your life.

Talk to our members and you’ll hear this a lot: there’s just no other workout in Austin quite like this. What they mean, and what really separates Austin Boxing Babes from other workouts and boxing gyms in the area is our culture. Our boxing babes push each other and help each other through drills. Several have even risen through the ranks and now have become instructors. There’s a sense of community, of shared struggle and shared achievement. The “Babes” are really what make Austin Boxing Babes what it is.
