This class is geared for those that practice martial arts looking for that extra edge. We focus on gentle stretching to aid in recovery and relaxation of the body and mind. In addition to asana, or poses, we practice breathing techniques, and meditation. This class is beginner friendly and a great compliment to boxing, running, or other martial arts. This class is co-ed and open for drop ins!

This 30 minute class is a perfect supplement to our Boxing, Kickboxing and Martial Arts group classes! This class is beginner friendly and focuses on developing powerful punches, kicks, take downs and other moves used in boxing and martial arts. We encourage you to transfer the techniques learned in our Power Punch class to the open gym hours. This class is capped at 10 people and drop ins are welcome!
