This class is geared for those that practice martial arts looking for that extra edge. We focus on gentle stretching to aid in recovery and relaxation of the body and mind. In addition to asana, or poses, we practice breathing techniques, and meditation. This class is beginner friendly and a great compliment to boxing, running, or other martial arts. This class is open for drop ins!
This strength class is a perfect supplement to our Boxing, and Martial Arts group classes! This class is beginner friendly and focuses on developing a strong foundation of strength and conditioning. Expect to use barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and body weight.
