Strength Training

This strength class is a perfect supplement to our Boxing, and Martial Arts group classes! This class is beginner friendly and focuses on developing a strong foundation of strength and conditioning. Expect to use barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and body weight.

Strength training classes are included with any membership.

Yoga

In this class we focus on gentle stretching and Yin poses to aid in recovery and relaxation of the body and mind. In addition to asanas, or poses, we practice breathing techniques, and meditation. This class is beginner friendly and a great compliment to boxing, running, or other martial arts. This class is open for drop ins!
 
Yoga classes are included with any membership.
